Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 / Matric
• 2-3 years General administrative experience
• Good numeric skills and high level of accuracy with attention to detail
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills
• Must be reliable and dependant
Duties & Responsibilities
• Analysing fuel transactions • Creditors (workshop and admin) • Deadline orientated and the ability to co-ordinate various activities related to the creditors functions • Assisting with asset verification • Analysing trip sheets with weighbridge reports • Capture yellow equipment hours • Assist with Vantage/Bagging plant • Responsible handling of petty cash
