Key Responsibility Areas

Answering of telephone calls from customers reporting electricity faults within the Region.
• Accurately recording and capturing faults and direct to appropriate LV control officer for action.
• Provides assistance to other regional clerks providing the same service.
• Responsible for carrying out filing and general clerical duties.
