Location: Durban, KWAZULU-NATAL
Purpose
This position entails supporting and advise to employees regarding benefits eligibility, documenting & processing benefit applications and claims, identifying and providing benefit feedback & updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefit allocations and resolutions.
- Oversee the general administration of employee benefits by maintaining updated employee benefit forms and documentation (claims, applications etc.)
- Monitoring & tracking of and reporting on benefit processes/documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and delivery in line with policies.
- Liaising with external stakeholders (dependents, fund administrators, insurers) on behalf of employees re. benefit allocations & resolutions.
Requirements
- Grade 12 and a Diploma in Administration/or similar.
- 1+ year/s relevant experience.
Attention to detail, Self-motivated, proactive and works independently. Confident and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
