- Defrost the chicken
- Cook chicken
- Prepare and store raw chicken products in the fridge and freezer
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas of the kitchen
- Undertake further tasks as required by management to facilitate the running of the restaurant
