The program is designed for unemployed individuals who are passionate about a career in banking and driven to grow and develop within a challenging corporate environment.

Job Description

This program provides an opportunity for young adults to learn new skills while earning a qualification and a basic monthly stipend.

The program lasts for 12 months.

  • Group Procurement
  • Group Secretariat
  • Group Centre Finance
  • Product Control Group
  • Tax
  • Chief Operating Office
  • Financial Control

Essential requirements

Matric

NQF Level 7 or 8 qualification within the following disciplines:

  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Law
  • Supply Chain Management 
  • Logistics
  • Information Management
  • Administration

  • Mathematics
  • Statistics     
  • Risk Management

Documentation required:

  • Detailed CV with contactable references
  • Certified copy of ID
  • Certified copy of all certificates (incl. Matric) and qualifications
  • Full academic transcripts
