Job Description

The Data Capturer will support the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in meeting all the monitoring and evaluation requirements of the CHAMP programme. This position will be involved in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities at site and community level through the accurate and timely capturing of programme data.

Competencies, Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year data capturing experience
• Basic administrative and computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Statistical software experience I.e. MS Access and Excel
• Basic filing experience
• Fluency in English and another official South African Language
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Possess good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to meet reporting deadlines
• Matriculation certificate
