Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"e49a88629381ef4ac54f11149045f163\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-7185526762692935\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- FinPost1 -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7185526762692935\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2224288172\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately and timeously updating and correcting all (including membership, client, broker, service provider, etc) data on MAGPI\/OWLS as-and-when received from employer groups, brokers or internal divisions including the mailbox, marketing, front office and\/or premiums team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily review of the Admed donotreply mailbox and subsequent contacting members telephonically for updated contact information, where emails sent to their email address bounced or where their email address was incorrect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where necessary, interacting with customers telephonically or via e-mail in respect of incomplete\/incorrect personal details on system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing support with capturing of overflow new member applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring a professional level of engagement when liaising with 3<sup>rd<\/sup> parties and colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring that the principles of TCF are delivered across every function performed, with a specific focus on the achievement of TCF Outcome 6 (Customers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers to change product, switch provider, submit a claim or make a complaint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Deadline and customer service driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to capture data with speed and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literate with strong typing capability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good verbal and communication skills and ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility and ownership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/momentummetropolitan.internal.erecruit.co\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/MMH221215-1\">APPLY HERE <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px;
